We offer quality style modular homes delivered to you. The homes are set and craned onto a new foundation and finished onsite in less than a month depending on the customization or size of the home. All of the floor plans can be customized to accommodate the homeowners needs. To order a new home, we will do a start to finish product in about three months once all building approvals have been met and modular goes into production. We also do spec homes and usually have one available to show if a customer wants to see the construction of our modular homes. We offer ranch, raised ranch, split-levels, capes, colonials, vacation style and duplex series homes. All homes have a one year warranty with an optional 10 year structural warranty offer. The products used in our homes are quality name brands.

We are a family owned business and also run a subsidiary foundation company that has been pouring residential and commercial concrete foundations and floors for 21 years. Our company will oversee the job from start to finish and make sure that the job runs smoothly and efficiently. Most of our subcontractors have been working with us for a number of years and provide quality service. We are fully insured to offer our services as a general contractor and can work with most financial institutes with homeowners and their financial needs.
